David C. Lensing, before joining Alluvion, practiced law in Louisiana for 20 years, specializesin the representation of banks, life insurance companies, and small business investment companies. Representative clients include The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, The Equitable Life Assurance Company of America, The Federal Land Bank Association, and Farmers Home Administration. With an emphasis on minority-owned commercial banks, thrifts, and savings banks, his work includes representation of clients in mergers and acquisitions insured by the FDIC and with the Resolution Trust Corporation.
